LNER O2/2 - BR ブラック（後期エンブレム） - 63937 - OOスケール

The Class 02 runs very well and the details are very good.

Detail parts fall off when taking out of the box window fell out . Brake part missing coupling mount fitted on tender so cannot fit coupling from detailing parts. Not happy

Build quality not great, runs well though.

Excellent model with only one problem - my own stupidity ! When originally released, having pre-ordered it from Rails, I bought 63937, but for some reason I'd noted it in my inventory as 63940. I only realised I've actually got two of the same number when this one arrived and I compared the boxes - doh ! A renumbering methinks.

Yes i am pleased with it,just like my other 10, 02s it is fitted with TTS sound,you have to put some work into getting a great loco,this batch is more difficult to separate loco from tender,but once thats done,i fit cab doors, footplate, regulater,ditch the dreadful tender weight,make sure you relax the baseplate screws to make sure the axles run freely,and bingo you have a well geared, powerful,slow running,engine,but again some people do not have the confidence,or skill to do this. BUT, a major plus for me is the very excellent, accurate, thought that as gone into each model i have, they are all correct to the era they are in,the 02 was a complex mix in the 50s and 60s with a combination of Cabs,Tenders,Boilers,all in the mix which could alter for each year,Heljan as got it right for all my engines,take this one 63937,it kept its GN cab,boiler, and tender from 1923 to 10/1960 when it got a group standard flush sided tender from a scrapped K3,when it was at 36E Retford shed, to its scrapping in 9/63,so the model is 100%correct for the era,well done Heljan.

Much improved but still does not compete with newly released tooled models.
